I met Michelle at the Ontario College of Art (OCA). She was never in any of my classes, but we became friends from hanging out with other friends we knew. We would spend most of our time at the grange across from the college. I do not remember exactly why and when I asked her to do a cover for the first issue of the mini comic (Tick Tock Tom). She did a batch of all these different takes on the cover. She had no idea on what to do for a comic book cover. Michelle was taking photography at the college. She was not a geek. Yet she still hung around with me.
The cover model was Brian, Michelle’s boyfriend.
